Most people take water for granted until there is none. Never assume a home you are purchasing has a well that produces an adequate water supply. Have the output tested and know for sure.
CS&S Well Test Inspections consist of the following components:
- Visual inspection
- Three hour drawdown test
- Optional Bacteria Test
- Comprehensive, Easy to Read Reports
Visual inspection: | Our inspectors visually inspect the components of the residential well system including the well head, pressure tank, internal distribution piping to the pressure tank, and the cistern components if present. |
Three hour drawdown test: | While a three hour drawdown test may seem excessive for most residential wells, CS”S believes that the longer test gives the most accurate representation of actual well production. |
Optional Bacteria Test: | CS&S will perform an optional test for coli form bacteria at the clients request. |
Comprehensive and Easy to Read Reports: | Our inspection provides 2 documents: A cover letter stating clearly the overall condition of the well system and what problems may be present, as well as an independent assessments of the systems 3 major components. It also provides a detailed pumping report recording pump rates throughout the 3 hour test and total throughput. |
